After last year's Internet sale debacle which shut down the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's website, the state is changing the way it sells the limited-edition bottles.
As of 9 a.m. today, the LCB announced it is selling the bottle via a lottery system to consumers and individual licensees. The lottery will run through 11 p.m. Dec. 12.

Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye, $99.99 each – 30 bottles – 23 for retail customers, 7 for licensees
