Always Take The Flight

There are a lot of restaurants and bars that offer what is called a Flight.  Your typical flight is usually an assortment of spirits that are strategically arranged.  For example, Cognac Flight, Scotch Flight, Whiskey Flight, Japanese Whisky Flight, or a Rum Flight. Some Flights take the form of a region, Islay Scotch Flight or a Bourbon Flight. Regardless, there is one thing that is true, Flights are always priced in favor of the consumer and they offer more variety and overall excitement than an individual drink.  So the next time you visit a reputable establishment with a Flight on the menu BE SURE TO TAKE THE FLIGHT.
