All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

When a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

No shipping fees for orders with the domestic United States.  Shipping fees vary for international orders. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

International Shipping

Important information about foreign shipping: Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments.

Returns Policy

For your convenience, Leaf&Barrel phone and Internet purchases that shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to Leaf&Barrel in the United States for a full refund or exchange within 25 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging for refund. Customers must ship their items back on their own using the instructions below:

• Customers can send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
  
• • Your name and billing address
  • The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
  • The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
  • The item number of the merchandise, if available
